应用碘化钾-煌绿光度法测定废水中镉,以及利用碘化钾-罗丹明B光度法测定钢铁中铋已有报道。罗丹明B虽已用于许多元素的测定,但对镉的测定报道较少。本文研究了在聚乙烯醇存在下,[CdI_4]~2与罗丹明B形成三元离子缔合物的最佳测定条件。在拟定试验条件下,该离子缔合物的摩尔吸光系数为5.03×10~5,最大吸收波长为610nm,镉量在0~5μg/25ml符合比耳定律,回收率在96.2%~101.2%,操作简便、快速,应用于陶瓷浸出液中镉的测定,结果满意。1 仪器与试剂 751G型分光光度计镉标准工作液:1.0μg·ml~(-1),临用时用镉标准液(核工业北京化工冶金研究院提供)配制。碘化钾溶液:20%,取20g碘化钾加1.0g抗坏血酸溶于100ml去离于水中。2 操作方法
The determination of cadmium in wastewater by potassium iodide - brilliant green spectrophotometry and the determination of bismuth in steel by potassium iodide - rhodamine B spectrophotometry have been reported.
