目的:探讨儿童保健工作中常规引入心理行为评估和干预的方法及效果。方法:在传统以体格检查为主的儿童保健模式基础上引入神经心理行为评估及早期干预,于36月龄做体格及发育商测评,并设对照组。结果:新型保健服务依从率大幅上升,家长对保健知识知晓率明显提高,儿童体格及发育商增加,常见病及行为问题减少。结论:新型儿童保健模式效益良好,可操作性强。 Objective: To explore the methods and effects of routinely introducing psychological behavior assessment and intervention in child health care work. Methods: Neuropsychological behavior assessment and early intervention were introduced on the basis of the traditional physical examination-based child health care model. Physical and developmental evaluation was performed at 36 months of age and a control group was established. Results: The compliance rate of new health care services increased significantly. Parents’ awareness of health knowledge was significantly improved. Physical fitness and development of children were increased, and common diseases and behavioral problems were reduced. Conclusion: The new child care model is effective and feasible.
