本研究目的是更可靠地评价超声治疗是否减轻持续性产后会阴痛和性交困难的严重性和持续时间。 方法 分娩后有外阴切开或阴道撕裂,有性交困难或阴道痛至少2个月的患者,病人分成2组。治疗组37例,对照组32例。69名妇女参加了本研究,每个受试者发登记表,记录姓名、地址、编号等。每台机器表面配有12个数字,6个随意选择数给治疗组而另6个数字只允许给对照组。每台机器外壳表面包括1个随意调整到12位数中的1位数的旋钮。所以可随意编组,治疗师不能区别治疗组和对照组。超声频率0.2W/cm~2,超声头直径为1cm,换能器辐射区0.78cm~2。要求所有参试者1周治疗3次,每次5min直到完成8次治疗。治疗区大约是声头表面积的2倍。治疗时超声头用单层薄膜复盖以减少感染
