在美丽的蜀南竹海南面,有一个叫六角的小村子。这里山高坡陡,土地贫瘠,干旱缺水,生产条件恶劣,1995年村民人均纯收入仅701元。而今,六角村发生了翻天覆地的变化,1998年全村人均纯收入达2074元,人均占有粮食505公斤,成为远近闻名的小康村。每当谈起六角村巨大的变化,人们总是情不自禁地夸奖起党的扶贫政策,夸奖起他们村子的联系人——长宁县委书记王叙忠。
South of the beautiful southern bamboo sea, there is a small hexagonal village. Here steep slopes, barren land, drought and water shortage, poor production conditions, in 1995 the per capita net income of villagers was only 701 yuan. Today, the earth-shaking changes have taken place in hexagonal village. In 1998, the per capita net income of the whole village reached 2,074 yuan, with a per capita grain weight of 505 kilograms, making it a well-off and well-to-do village far and near. Whenever talking about the enormous changes in the village of Hexagrams, people always can not help complimenting the party’s pro-poor policies and praising their village contact, Wang Xuanyong, secretary of the Changning county party committee.
