高锰钢的特性是:(1) 加工硬化率大;(2) 热传导率小等。从切削加工角度来衡量,材料可加工性差,加工效率低。关于加工性,没有很明确的概念,但含C、Mn量增加,可加工性将大幅度下降。高锰钢作为结构钢使用时,一定要进行切削加工。用硬质合金刀具进行车削比较容易;但以高速钢刀具为主的钻削加工,却是非常困难的。本文主要介绍高锰钢的车削加工。试验方法1.被加工材料被加工材料的成份是14Mn-2Cr-(2Ni),含C量0.6%,其化学成份及拉伸特性如表1
