目的建立降粘胶囊中丹参酮IIA和丹酚酸B的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,ZORBX SB-C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇∶水(75∶25)、甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水(30∶10∶1∶59)为流动相;检测波长:270nm,284 nm;流速1.0ml·min-1;柱温:25℃。结果丹参酮ⅡA、丹酚酸B的浓度在0.064~0.304μg(r=0.999 9)、0.56~2.66μg(r=0.999 0)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为100.35%,(RSD为2.038%,)、99.77%(RSD为2.75%)。结论所建立的方法简单、灵敏、准确、重复性好。可用于降粘胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of tanshinone IIA and salvianolic acid B in Jiangu Capsule. Methods High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a ZORBX SB-C18 column (150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm) with methanol: water (75:25), methanol-acetonitrile-formic acid-water Mobile phase; detection wavelength: 270nm, 284 nm; flow rate 1.0ml · min-1; column temperature: 25 ℃. Results The concentrations of tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B were good in the range of 0.064 ~ 0.304μg (r = 0.999 9) and 0.56 ~ 2.66μg (r = 0.999 0) with the average recovery of 100.35% (RSD 2.038%,), 99.77% (RSD 2.75%). Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible. Can be used for quality control of viscosity reducing capsule.
