随着我国经济的发展和人民对物质文化需求的不断提高,人民群众对医疗保健的需求呈多层次的趋势发展,医疗保健市场的竞争也越来越激烈,妇幼保健院要想在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地,必须把人力资源作为战略资源,进行战略性人力资源的开发和管理。目前二级县市妇幼保健院的人力资源管理,还处于传统的人事管理阶段,缺乏人力资源管理的战略规划和有效的管理策略,影响了妇幼保健院的发展和医疗、保健人员素质的提高,客观上制约了人民群众对医疗、保健服务的需求。因此,本文以都江堰市妇幼保健院的现状,对其战略性人力资源管理进行了研究与分析,提出了笔者的一些建议,以期对大家有所帮助。

At present, the human resource management of MCHCs in secondary cities and counties is still in the traditional personnel management stage. The lack of strategic planning and effective management strategies for human resources management has affected the development of MCH and the improvement of the quality of medical and health care personnel. Objectively restricted the people’s demand for medical and health services. Therefore, based on the current situation of Dujiangyan MCH, this paper studies and analyzes its strategic human resources management and puts forward some suggestions of the author in the hope of being helpful to all.
