所谓工作环境,是指一种工作的氛围和条件。这种氛围和条件虽然看不见,摸不着,但群体中的每个人都能亲身的感受到,它既是一种相互间的信任与支持,理解与沟通,默契与配合,鼓励与帮助,开拓进取、紧张有序、和谐一致、团结协作的气氛;又是一种催人奋进,激人向上,鼓励成功者上,懦怯无能者下的竞争机制。在这种环境条件和竞争机制下,责权利紧密有机的结合在一起,个人要对国家和组织尽自己应尽的义务,同时个人的权利、需求又可得到充分的保障、维护与尊重。 管理者应该怎样设计和维护这样一种环境呢?首先,管理者应与群体一起共同确定组织所要达到的目标,(近期、中期、远期)管理者自己要拿得定,见得透,要有超前的意识率领群体和组织不断向确定的目标攀登进取。当然,这个目标需要经过相当的努力和克服任何的艰难险阻,它既不是高不可攀的,又不是轻而易举一蹴而就就能达到的。管理者
