1.30×3030×30cm~2ITO 透明导电膜是我校物理系承担的国家“七五”攻关项目的重要组成部分,以马洪磊副教授为首的课题组经两年多的努力,研制成功。1988年11月28日通过国家教委组织的科技成果鉴定。30×30cm~2ITO 透明导电膜,经中国计量科学研究院测定,电阻率为(1—4)×10~(-4)Ω·cm,方块电阻(13—17)Ω/(?),在波长400—800nm 范围内平均透过率为94%,膜厚不均匀性小于±5%,南开大学已用它研制出10×10cm~2、转换效率为5.5%
1.30 × 3030 × 30cm ~ 2ITO Transparent conductive film is an important part of the “Seventh Five-Year” research project undertaken by the Physics Department of our school.
