改革开放以来,深圳航运业的发展势头是喜人的,目前已拥有入级船150多万总吨、非入级持证船15万总吨,形成了包括散货船、杂货船、集装箱船、油船、液化气体船、化学品船、客船及高速船等各种船型的综合性船队,为深圳经济发展作出了重要贡献.同时,与航运相关的港口、船舶修造、保险、理货、供应、航用产品及海运集装箱制造等配套行业也得到了迅速的发展并已形成完整体系.现拥有盐田、蛇口、赤湾、妈湾等8个港区共100多个泊位,最大靠泊能力达7.5万吨,港口年吞吐量超过3000万吨,已跨入全国八大港口行列.最近,蛇口港又成为世界主要集装箱海运公司指定的远东至欧洲航线的起点.面临香港的回归和深圳第二次经济腾飞带来的机遇,深圳航运发展再创新优势已具备条件,为此,深圳市运输局已着手加强政府职能管理,与深圳航运各界组建了深圳海运协会,以更有利于促进航运业的协调发展.为了进一步与国际航运市场接轨,深圳各航运企业可参考以下几方面加深认识,掌握国际航运新动向,向提高管理水平要效益、求发展.一、港口国控制当今世界港口国,尤其是澳大利亚海
