中国民用航空总局副局长鲍培德在《中国民航事业的发展状况》一文中指出:随着我国民航事业的发展,我国民航的运力不断增加,基础设施建设也进一步加快。截止到1995年底,全行业运输飞机达到416架,商载总吨位7900吨,飞机座位数6万个。“九五”期间,民航要大力提高安全水平、提高服务质量、提高经济效益,实现航空运输总周转量、旅客运输量和货邮运输量三项指标比1995年翻一番。
In his article “The State of Development of China's Civil Aviation,” Pao Peide, deputy director general of CAAC, pointed out: With the development of civil aviation in our country, the capacity of civil aviation in our country continues to increase, and infrastructure construction has been further accelerated. By the end of 1995, the entire industry had reached 416 aircraft for transport, with a total commercial tonnage of 7,900 tons and a seating capacity of 60,000 aircraft. During the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” period, civil aviation should vigorously raise the level of safety, improve service quality, increase economic efficiency, and achieve three targets of total air transport volume, passenger transport volume and cargo and mail transport volume double that of 1995.
