中华优秀传统文化博大精深,学习和传承其中的思想精华,对树立青少年正确的人生观、世界观和价值观十分有益。但随着经济社会发展和网络技术推广,青少年对传统文化认识比较模糊,传承意识较为淡薄,传统文化渗透学校德育教育面临诸多挑战。本文从传承和发展优秀传统文化的角度切入,以传统文化的校本化教育价值和班级文化建设相结合,通过经典诵读、孝道教育、特色课程、主题实践等方式,在构建和谐班级文化,提高德育工作实效等方面进行了实践探索。
