建立了一种评价铸造生产工艺管理水平的数学模型—C=∑∑C_(ij),该模型可用树枝状框图表示,并从铸造工艺管理状况、铸造工艺技术状况、铸造工艺发展状况、铸件质量状况和铸造生产技术经济效果五个方面的29个指标的具体评价来体现.铸造生产工艺管理水平分为经验管理、科学管理和现代管理三个阶段、六个档次,并给予了年代的属性.作者还结合我国汽车、机床、水泵、重型及纺织机械等行业的主要工厂和大、小型专业铸造厂的铸造生产工艺管理进行了水平评价,得出了对铸造行业工艺管理水平的总体性估价.
A mathematical model for evaluating the management level of the foundry production process was established—C=∑∑C_(ij). The model can be represented by a dendritic block diagram, and the management status of the casting process, the state of the casting process technology, the development status of the casting process, and the quality of the casting The concrete evaluation of the 29 indicators in five aspects of the situation and the technical and economic effects of the casting production are reflected. The management level of the casting production process is divided into three stages of experience management, scientific management and modern management, and six grades, and gives the attributes of the age. The author also evaluated the level of the casting production process management of major factories and major and small professional foundries in China’s automobile, machine tools, water pumps, heavy-duty and textile machinery industries, and obtained an overall assessment of the process management level of the foundry industry.
