家庭与幼儿园作为幼儿生活中最重要的两大环境,二者之间的互动与合作对儿童的发展有着极大的影响。特别是幼儿的早期发展阶段,一方面,家庭给予幼儿的温暖与安全感有助于幼儿的身心健康;另一方面,幼儿进入幼儿园、进入社会群体,其社会化的发展也很重要。因此,家园合作是早期教育中的重要一环,应受到幼儿园与家庭的双方重视。相比传统的家园合作方式,由于教育理念、儿童观念的不断发展以及科学技术的发展,当下,家园合作形成了一些新特点:合作方式与途径的多样性,合作空间范围的拓展、合作内容的丰富性以及合作关系的协调性。
