Qinghai Tibetan Culture Center is located in Lianhua Lake, Luzhar Town, Langzhong County, Xining City, Qinghai Province. It covers an area of more than 30 acres and has a building area of 10,000 square meters. It is less than 1 km away from Tar Monastery, the site of Tibetan Buddhism.
