Globalization of International Finance and World Economy 1995 was an uneasy year in the field of international finance. From the Mexico peso crisis to the US dollar crash, from the collapse of the Bahrain Bank of England to Japan’s Yamato Bank’s scandal, it can be said that it has been a wave of waves. Although these incidents did not cause global economic crisis, they repeatedly caused people to pay attention to the global financial globalization and the impact of integration on the world economy. The development of international financial markets towards globalization and integration is related to the technological progress of the financial and information industries. However, this trend has been accelerating since the 1990s, which is the result of fierce changes in the world situation. With the end of the bipolar structure, many developing countries have lost no time in adjusting their policies and accelerating their integration with the world economy. Their position in the world economic system continues to increase, and the interdependence between developed and developing countries has become increasingly evident. It is the main driving force for globalization and integration of international financial markets.
