目的分析儿童少年在掌握了正确的口腔综合保健措施后其清洁行为及口腔卫生的变化。方法采取问卷调查的方式分析32例儿童(幼儿班学生)、90例少年(初高中学生)对口腔保健的认知情况,然后针对性的开展口腔保健宣教,再次填写问卷统计其口腔保健行为和卫生情况。结果宣教后调查者的口腔保健行为符合要求的比例大于宣教前(P<0.05),差异存在统计学意义;宣教后调查者的口腔卫生情况优于宣教前(P<0.05),差异存在统计学意义。结论针对儿童、少年开展口腔保健宣教可使其掌握正确的口腔综合保健措施,指导其口腔清洁行为,从而提高其口腔卫生情况。
Objective To analyze the changes of cleanliness and oral health of children and adolescents after they have mastered the correct oral integrated health care measures. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the cognition of oral health care among 32 children (preschool students) and 90 juvenile (primary and secondary high school students), and then carry out oral health education, fill out the questionnaire again to survey their oral health behavior and Hygiene Situation. Results Post-mission investigators ’oral health behaviors were higher than pre-mission (P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Post-mission surveyors’ oral hygiene was better than pre-mission education (P <0.05) significance. Conclusion For children and adolescents, oral health education can help them master the correct oral comprehensive health care measures and guide their oral hygiene behaviors so as to improve their oral hygiene.
