装载机发动机的水道足够大,不容易受到外界环境温度的干扰,为此绝大多数装载机发动机采用接触式温度传感器。1.温度传感器概述温度传感器需要具备以下特点:特性与温度之间的关系要适中,信号容易检测和处理,且信号随温度呈线性变化;除温度以外,对其他物理量的灵敏度要低;特性随时间变化要小,重复性好,没有滞后;灵敏度高,坚固耐用,体积小,且对检测对象的影响要小;不易老化,机械性能、耐热性能良好,且耐化学腐蚀;能大批量生产,价格便宜,无危险性和公害。
