目的了解不同工种、不同工作单位的放射工作人员职业外照射剂量情况。方法利用廊坊市疾病预防控制中心2006—2008年对廊坊放射工作人员个人剂量监测结果进行分析。结果2006—2008年放射工作人员个人年剂量当量(mSv/a)分别为1.292、1.243、1.363;从事放射诊断、工业探伤、同位素、介入治疗放射工作人员人均年剂当量(mSv/a)检测结果分别为1.265、1.410、1.232和1.999,两两比较,介入治疗与其他组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同工作单位放射工作人员个人剂量检测结果以乡镇卫生院最高(1.523 mSv/a),市级医院最低(1.202 mSv/a)。结论介入治疗工种工作人员的防护应引起注意,乡镇卫生院放射工作人员的防护应加强。
Objective To understand the occupational exposure dose of radiographers in different types and types of work units. Methods Using Langfang CDC 2006-2008 to monitor the individual dose of Langfang radiation workers monitoring results. Results The annual dose equivalent (mSv / a) of radiological workers from 2006 to 2008 was 1.292, 1.243 and 1.363, respectively. The average annual dose of mSv / a of radiological workers engaged in radiological diagnosis, industrial flaw detection, isotope and interventional radiotherapy (1.265,1.410,1.232, and 1.999 respectively). There were significant differences in interventional therapy between the two groups (P <0.05). The results of individual dose of radiation workers in different work units were highest in township hospitals (1.523 mSv / a), municipal hospitals the lowest (1.202 mSv / a). Conclusion The protection of interventional workers should pay attention to the protection of radiation workers in township hospitals should be strengthened.
