以干燥后稻谷的爆腰率 ,作为稻谷干燥品质的评价指标。用平床干燥机 ,在不同干燥条件下进行了 5批稻谷深层干燥 ,测定干燥后稻谷的爆腰率 ,结果表明 ,稻谷的爆腰率主要受热风温度及稻谷终了含水率的影响 ,其中稻谷爆腰率随着稻谷终了含水率的降低显著增大 In order to evaluate the drying quality of rice, the blasting rate of rice after drying was measured.
