目的研究瓦松的化学成分。方法采用色谱技术进行分离、纯化,通过理化常数和波谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果从瓦松中分离得到17个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、木栓酮(Ⅱ)、2,2-二甲基-色满环-6-羧酸(Ⅲ)、对羟基苯甲酸(Ⅳ)、3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲酸(Ⅴ)、没食子酸(Ⅵ)、4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯甲酸(Ⅶ)、山柰酚(Ⅷ)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(Ⅸ)、山柰酚-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(Ⅹ)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅺ)、山柰酚-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(ⅩⅡ)、山柰酚-3-葡萄糖-7-鼠李糖苷(ⅩⅢ)、槲皮素(ⅩⅣ)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(ⅩⅤ)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(ⅩⅥ)、2,7-脱水-β-D-阿卓庚酮吡喃糖(ⅩⅦ)。结论化合物Ⅱ~Ⅴ,Ⅶ,Ⅸ,Ⅺ,ⅩⅡ,ⅩⅤ为首次从该属植物中分离得到;化合物Ⅰ和Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分得。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Wattson. Methods Chromatography was used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of compounds were identified by physicochemical constants and spectral analysis. Results Seventeen compounds were isolated from Assassin, and were identified as β-sitosterol (Ⅰ), woody ketone (Ⅱ), 2,2-dimethyl-chroman- (Ⅳ), 3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid (Ⅴ), gallic acid (Ⅵ), 4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxybenzoic acid ), Kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside (IX), kaempferol-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside (XI), kaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucoside (XII), kaempferol-3-glucose-7-rhamnoside (XIII), quercetin (XIV) Quercetin -3-O-α-L-rhamnoside (XV), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside (XVI), 2,7-anhydro-β- Ketopyranose (XVII). Conclusion Compounds Ⅱ ~ Ⅴ, Ⅶ, Ⅸ, Ⅺ, ⅩⅡ and ⅩⅤ were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅵ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
