目的:建立兔耳痤疮模型,观察消痤乳液对实验性痤疮的治疗作用。方法:将50%煤焦油溶液外涂于兔耳内侧导管开口处约2cm×2cm,连续14d,制备痤疮模型;痤疮模型制备成功后将家兔分为6组,分别在兔耳患处涂高、中、低剂量的消痤乳液,生理盐水,基质,克林霉素甲硝唑搽剂治疗,逐日观察痤疮模型的变化,于用药后7d取患处皮肤活检并观察病理切片。结果:外涂煤焦油溶液14d后,肉眼可见兔耳出现不同程度的粉刺,病理切片显示模型组呈现与人类痤疮类似的病理改变;外用高、中剂量消痤乳液组治疗7d,兔耳痤疮完全消退,皮肤接近正常对照组,克林霉素甲硝唑搽剂组兔耳痤疮大部分消退,皮肤仍有少量角化及粉刺颗粒,生理盐水及基质组痤疮无显著性变化。结论:消痤乳液对实验性兔耳痤疮模型有显著的治疗效果。
Objective: To establish a rabbit ear acne model and observe the therapeutic effect of acne cream on experimental acne. Methods: The acne model was prepared by applying 50% coal tar solution to the inner ear of rabbit ear about 2cm × 2cm for 14 days. After the acne model was successfully prepared, the rabbits were divided into 6 groups, Medium and low doses of acne cream, saline, matrix, clindamycin metronidazole liniment treatment, daily observation of changes in acne model, take the skin biopsy 7d after treatment and observe the pathological sections. Results: After treated with coal tar solution for 14 days, different degrees of acne appeared in the rabbit ears. Pathological examination showed that the model group showed pathological changes similar to human acne. External high and middle dose acne cream group for 7 days, rabbit ear acne completely Subsided, the skin close to the normal control group, clindamycin metronidazole liniment rabbit ear acne mostly subsided, the skin is still a small amount of keratosis and acne particles, saline and matrix acne no significant change. Conclusion: Xiao acne cream has significant therapeutic effect on experimental rabbit ear acne models.
