本文叙述了我国13.7米毫米波射电望远镜准光学馈源系统及低噪声致冷接收技术。在2.6mm波段研制了具有多种功能的准光学馈源系统,插入损耗小于0.5dB;研制了宽带低噪声致冷接收机前端,在80~115GHz的频率范围内,带内最小噪声温度达到T_R(DSB)_(min)=130K。该毫米波望远镜已观测到了O_3,C~(12)O(J=1-O),C~(13)O(J=1-0)多条分子谱线。
This article describes the 13.7 m millimeter-wave radio telescope quasi-optical feed system and low-noise cooling receiving technology. In the 2.6mm band developed with a variety of functions of the optical feed system, the insertion loss is less than 0.5dB; developed a broadband low noise receiver front-end cooling in the 80 ~ 115GHz frequency range, the band minimum noise temperature reaches T_R (DSB) _ (min) = 130K. The millimeter wave telescope has observed a number of molecular lines O_3, C ~ (12) O (J = 1-O), C ~ (13) O (J = 1-0).
