目的 研究热灌注液经肝动脉灌注对犬肝组织学及肝、肾功的影响。方法 经犬肝动脉灌注入 6 0℃生理盐水 180ml,持续 30min。比较热灌注前后肝脏组织及肝、肾功的变化。结果 ①谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶于灌注后2 4h开始升高 ,72h达高峰 (P <0 .0 1) ,2 16h后恢复正常 ;总胆红素、白蛋白、γ 谷氨酰基移换酶无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;②肝组织可见一过性损伤 ,16 8h后正常 ;③肾功无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 介入性热疗对犬肝组织及肝、肾功能有一过性影响。
Objective To study the effect of perfusion of hepatic artery on hepatic histology, liver and renal function of dogs. Methods The canine hepatic artery was infused into normal saline 180 ml at 60 °C for 30 min. Compare liver tissue and liver and kidney function changes before and after thermal infusion. Results 1 Alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase began to increase at 24 hours after infusion, peaked at 72 hours (P 0.01), returned to normal after 16 hours; total bilirubin, albumin, and gamma glutamyl transferase There was no significant change (P > 0.05); 2 Liver tissue showed transient injury, normal after 16 hours; 3 No significant change in renal function (P > 0.05). Conclusion Interventional hyperthermia has a transient effect on liver tissue and liver and kidney function in dogs.
