杨禹,长期从事宏观经济新闻报道和报纸管理,资深新闻理论研究者。曾获得中国新闻奖,及全国新闻论文比赛的一等奖。现为《中国经济导报》社长助理、新闻中心主任。问题A:越来越多的跨国企业也出现声誉危机,你认为深层次原因是什么?杨禹:跨国企业遭遇声誉危机,史上并不鲜见,但多是在其自身的成长早期发生。改革开放以来,进入中国的跨国企业一般来说综合实力较强,相对于我国国内企业,给人耳目一新之感。其在中国市场上出现声誉危机,不过是最近两三年才逐渐多了起来。深层次的原因主要有三个:

Yang Yu: MNCs suffer from a reputation crisis, which is not uncommon in history. However, it happened mostly early in its own growth. Since the reform and opening up, the multinational corporations entering China have generally higher overall strength and a sense of refreshingness than their domestic counterparts. Its reputation crisis in the Chinese market, but only in recent two or three years gradually increased. There are three main reasons for this:
