基于社会学习理论,以严谨的理论推演与缜密的实证数据分析相结合,采用验证性因子分析、结构方程模型等多种数理统计分析方法,理论构建并实证检验伦理型领导与员工知识共享、员工创新行为之间的相关关系,进而揭示伦理型领导影响员工创新行为的内在作用机理之“黑箱”。基于中国文化情境的研究结果表明,伦理型领导会对员工创新行为、知识共享产生显著的正向影响作用;知识共享在伦理型领导与员工创新行为之间起到显著的部分中介效应。
Based on the theory of social learning, combining rigorous theoretical deduction with meticulous empirical data analysis, a variety of mathematical statistical methods, such as confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling, are used to construct and test the ethical leadership and employee knowledge sharing theory. The research results based on the Chinese cultural context show that ethical leaders have a significant positive effect on employee innovation behavior and knowledge sharing, and knowledge sharing plays a significant partial mediating effect between ethical leadership and employee innovation behaviors.
