日前,省卫生厅根据中央人才工作决定,制定出台了《厅直属单位引进人才智力实施办法》,对引进人才、智力作出了相关规定,对急需的省内外人才的引进不受其户籍、身份、档案、人事关系等方面的限制,可采取直接办理调入、定期、不定期聘用方式。对优秀高层次人才可由用人单位直接聘任,并建立聘用工作档案。引进智力,主要通过完成科研项目,解决重大技术问题,培养人才的合同方式进行。主要是引进在国内外学
