①如今,杭州的豪宅市场百花齐放,凭借豪宅出名的豪宅板块也各有特色,相比杭州其他豪宅板块,您觉得华家池板块有哪些优势?杭州豪宅板块主要有三个:市中心(武林板块)、钱江新城、华家池板块。武林板块位于核心地段,土地稀缺,未来的价值会逐步体现,弊端是人流车流大,居住品质不够好。钱江新城比较静谧,城市界面漂亮,未来发展前景大,但因为是新城,没有老杭州的底蕴,加上配套也不够完善,居住氛围不成气候。
