军队后勤,作为军队与社会经济联系的“桥梁”和“纽带”,在社会经济发生根本变化并转轨时期,必然要受到不同程度的影响。从积极的意义上讲,市场经济的各种功能的最大释放,将促进国民经济的高速发展,为军队后勤实行保障有力提供雄厚的物质基础,为提高军事经济效益开辟新的途径,为军用物资的筹措和储备拓宽渠道,为依托社会办后勤创造条件和环境。同时,经济体制的转轨,市场物价的放开也加剧了军费供需的矛盾,加大了军用物资筹措的难度,增大了后勤管理的难度等。军队后勤保障机遇和挑战并存。
