【案例】2007年3月的一天,江苏省盐城市地方税务局稽查局在货物运输业专项检查中发现,该市某运输公司在成立后短短半年时间里,购领、开具货运、联运、代理等三种发票数百本,开票金额达数亿元,而其缴纳的地方各税却只有十几万元。稽查局通过对运输行业管理力度较弱、市场准入条件低等特点的分析,认定该公司经营情况异常,随即立案展开调查。
[Case] One day in March 2007, the Bureau of Local Taxation Bureau of Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, found in a special inspection of the freight transport industry that a transportation company in the city purchased and opened cargo and intermodal freight vehicles within a short period of six months after its establishment. Acting hundreds of hundreds of three invoices, invoices amounted to several hundred million dollars, while the tax paid by only a few hundred thousand dollars.
