介绍了江苏的森林生态效应 ,分析了森林生态资源市场配置的失灵以及比较利益的结构关联。从立法调节、司法调节和行政调节三个方面阐述了森林生态资源的政府配置 ,以期探讨协调政府与市场对森林生态资源的配置 ,促进人类社会的可持续发展。
Introduced the forest ecological effect in Jiangsu, analyzed the failure of market allocation of forest ecological resources and the structural relation of comparative advantage. This paper elaborates the government allocation of forest ecological resources from three aspects: legislative regulation, judicial regulation and administrative regulation, in order to discuss the coordination of government and market allocation of forest ecological resources and promote the sustainable development of human society.
