本文研究了用新显色剂[3-(4-溴-2-羧基苯偶氮)-6-(3硝基苯偶氮)-4,5-二羟基-2,7-萘二磺酸](简写作BCA-mN)光度测定钙的条件。发现适量镁的存在有共显色增敏效应,表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(708.5nm)=3.57×10~5。钙浓度在0.1~5μg/25ml符合此耳定律。该显色反应已成功用于不经分离,直接测定分析纯镁盐中的痕量钙。
In this paper, a new color reagent [3- (4-bromo-2-carboxyphenylazo) -6- (3nitrophenylazo) -4,5-dihydroxy-2,7-naphthalenedisulfonic acid ] (Abbreviation for BCA-mN) Photometric determination of calcium conditions. It was found that the presence of the right amount of magnesium has a sensitizing effect on the total coloration, the apparent molar absorptivity ε_ (708.5nm) = 3.57 × 10 ~ 5. Calcium concentration in 0.1 ~ 5μg / 25ml consistent with this ear law. The chromogenic reaction has been successfully used for the direct determination of trace amounts of calcium in pure magnesium salts without isolation.
