我院自1959年开始采用改进了的耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术,在405例前列腺患者中进行了253例手术,认为如能正确掌握,勿须特殊条件,不失为一简便而满意的手术方法。一般资料:自1959年至1979年共收治各民族前列腺肥大患者405例,其中手术者253例。患者平均年龄68.23岁,手术病人平均年龄69.06岁。病程最长者26年。主诉:(1)慢性排尿障碍,占92.61％;(2)急性尿潴留,占61.58％,(3)血尿,占6.16％。并发症以心血管和肺部疾患较为多见。
Our hospital since 1959 with an improved suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy in 405 cases of prostate patients carried out 253 cases of surgery, that if properly controlled, without special conditions, after all, a simple and satisfactory surgical method. General Information: From 1959 to 1979, a total of 405 patients with various ethnic prostatic hypertrophy were treated, of whom 253 cases were operated on. The average age of patients was 68.23 years old, the average age of surgical patients was 69.06 years. The longest course of 26 years. Main complaints: (1) chronic voiding dysfunction, accounting for 92.61%; (2) acute urinary retention, accounting for 61.58%, (3) hematuria, accounting for 6.16%. Complications of cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases are more common.
