多年来,对大量矿山调查表明,金属矿山风机效率大多在40%左右,有效风量率约35%,矿井通风总效率为14%左右。其原因是大多数矿山选用的主扇特性与通风网路不匹配。为解决这些问题,研究采用多风机串并联多级机站的方法,收到了良好的效果,提高了有效风量率,采用的风机在高效区运转。多风机串并联多级机站通风设计是比较复杂的,本文介绍了根据这种方法对风流分布及风压分布的要求,对多级机站进行分类,风机数量,选用风机型号、叶片安装角、风流稳定性及压力分布等方面均作了一些研究,编制了这类方法的通风网路解算与设计的电算程序,并概要论述了在云南老厂锡矿三号通风系统实施效果。理论和实践表明这种方法有推广价值。

Theory and practice show that this method has promotional value.
