回应“重构评审新局”(2012年第10期封面文章)我国现行的等级医院评审制度始于1989年卫生部颁布的《医院分级管理办法(试行)》,对医院等级评审工作的目标有着明确要求,即目的是调整与健全三级医疗预防体系,以增强其整体功能,充分合理地利用我国有限的卫生资源,提高医院管理水平和医疗质量,更好地为人民健康服务。要求各级医院应首先在加强管理、提高医疗护理质量和加强医德医风建设上狠下功夫。

It is required that hospitals at all levels should make great efforts to strengthen management, improve the quality of medical care and strengthen the construction of medical ethics and medical ethics.
