到目前为止人们已从胸腺中提取多种与机体免疫功能有关的活性物质。1966年Goldstein将小牛胸腺的无细胞抽提液经过初步纯化得到一制剂,命名为胸腺素(Thymosin)。它具有与胸腺相同的生物学作用,能促进T淋巴细胞的分化,并在T细胞的成熟中起着重要作用。同时在胸腺中也存在有T细胞分裂分化的负反馈性调节物质,有的学者称之为抑裂素(Chalone)。为了寻找对淋巴细胞具有抑制作用的内源性调节物,我们以猪胸腺为材料进行抑制性调节物质的提取,并观察提取物对小鼠体内免疫功能的影响。
So far, many kinds of active substances related to immune function have been extracted from thymus. In 1966 Goldstein calf thymus cell-free extract after preliminary purification obtained a preparation, named thymosin (Thymosin). It has the same biological role as the thymus, can promote the differentiation of T lymphocytes, and plays an important role in the maturation of T cells. At the same time, there are also negative feedback regulation substances of T cell division and differentiation in the thymus. Some scholars call it Chalone. In order to find the endogenous regulators that have inhibitory effects on lymphocytes, we used the porcine thymus as the material to extract the inhibitory regulatory substances and observed the effect of the extract on immune function in mice.
