目的:研究一台激光器多种模式工作的特性以及不同模式之间的转换。方法:设计一台双腔钛宝石激光器,采用双光束泵浦方式,通过锁模和光学元件的替换实现激光器的多模式工作。结果:连续运转状态下,两个激光腔的输出为可调谐连续输出;两个激光腔都进行色散补偿时,锁模激光器输出两列飞秒光脉冲;锁模状态下,只有一个激光腔进行色散补偿时,该激光腔输出飞秒光脉冲,而另外一个激光腔没有进行色散补偿,输出皮秒光脉冲。结论:多种模式工作的激光器适用于多种领域的研究与应用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the characteristics of a multi-mode laser operation and the conversion between different modes. Methods: A dual-cavity Ti: sapphire laser was designed with a dual-beam pumping method to achieve multi-mode laser operation by mode-locking and optical element replacement. Results: Under continuous operation, the outputs of two laser cavities are tunable and continuous. When the two laser cavities are subjected to dispersion compensation, the mode-locked laser outputs two columns of femtosecond pulses. In the mode-locked state, only one laser cavity For dispersion compensation, the laser cavity outputs femtosecond pulses, while the other laser cavity does not perform dispersion compensation and outputs picosecond light pulses. Conclusion: Lasers for many modes of operation are suitable for research and application in many fields.
