随着外来民工的大量涌入苏南地区,他们子女的教育问题成为了政府关注的焦点,我们学校作为全面接收外来民工子女的公办蓝天学校,成为了外来民工子女的集聚地。这些孩子的父母,由于生存的需要,经常流动,同时造成了孩子也不停的更换学校,往往读一个年级需要换几个学校。而家长在流动时丝毫没有考虑孩子内心的需求,时间长了,次数多了,孩子变得越来越冷漠,对学习、活动提不起兴趣。且为了保护自己,对他人始终有一种防范心理,更有甚者一旦跟同学发生冲突,就是暴力解决。再由于父母重男轻女思想根深蒂固,每家几乎都有两个以上孩子,孩子在亲人那里感受到的关注和温暖明显缺乏。面对这样的群体,我感觉,让孩子融入集体,感受人与人之间的真诚和友善,感受到集体的温暖,显得尤为重要。所以,我们一直在努力,在努力地过程中,我惊喜地发现了孩子的变化,看到了孩子们内心世界的多姿多彩。 With the influx of migrant workers into southern Jiangsu, the education of their children has become the focus of the government. And in order to protect themselves, always have a kind of preventive psychology to others, what is more, once conflict with classmates, it is violence to solve. With the deep-rooted thinking of patriarchal parents and the fact that almost every family has more than two children, there is a clear lack of concern and warmth felt by children in their loved ones. Faced with such groups, I feel that it is especially important for children to integrate into the community and feel the sincerity and friendship between people and feel the collective warmth. Therefore, we have been working hard, in the process of hard work, I was surprised to find the changes in children, see the colorful inner world of children.
