“创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,是国家兴旺发达的不竭动力……一个没有创新能力的民族难以屹立于世界先进民族之林。”因此,在课堂教学改革中应着力于培养学生独立获取知识的能力和创新能力。现我就如何在数学教学中激发创新动机,营造创新氛围,以及培养创新能力谈几点做法和体会。一、创设情境,激发创新动机人类的任何行为,活动的产生和维持都离不开动机,创新活动同样需要创新动机来激发和维持。创新动机将直接决定个体从事创新活动的期待,对结果的评价和体验,进而影响其从事创新活动的积极性和创新能力的发展。而好奇心和求知欲对于创新动机的形成有着重要作用。在教学中,教师要重视创设探究性的问题情境,为创新动机的激发提供契机。在情境中,提出问题,引发好奇心,
