对汽轮机旁路排放阀使用过程中故障进行分析。采用分体式智能定位器替代原有的机械式定位器和电/气转换器,以降低旁路排放阀现场的振动及高温环境对排放阀的影响。使用ValveLink软件对阀门调试中发生的振荡问题进行自整定以及故障分析,通过优化阀门定位器设置参数解决阀门动作的振荡问题,在控制回路增加独立供电的隔离模块以解决阀门调试过程中产生的控制回路负载不足问题,提高汽轮机旁路排放阀的控制稳定性和安全性。
