基于有限元法对管道系统在泵激励下的振动特性进行分析,以管系传至基础的振动功率流最小为目标,采用基于Matlab开发的优化分析(遗传算法)平台对管道系统支吊架的位置以及刚度进行优化设计,在保证系统抗冲击能力的前提下,达到降低管系振动的目的。通过分析得知,在管道系统的振动控制中,支吊架位置参数的调整及刚度特性的变化是降低管道振动的有效方法。
Based on the finite element method (FEM), the vibration characteristics of the pipeline system under pump excitation are analyzed. The objective is to minimize the vibration power flow from the pipeline system to the foundation. Based on the optimization analysis (genetic algorithm) platform developed by Matlab, Location and stiffness of the optimal design, to ensure that the system under the premise of impact resistance, to achieve the purpose of reducing pipe vibration. Through the analysis, we know that in the vibration control of the pipeline system, the adjustment of the hanger position parameters and the change of the stiffness characteristics are effective methods to reduce the pipeline vibration.
