在 1 L表面进气式高压机械搅拌釜中 ,采用气体间歇吸收技术 ,在不同的温度 ( 353K~ 433K) ,气体压力 ( 1 .0 MPa~ 5.0 MPa)下研究了 H2 和 CO在混二甲苯中的体积传质系数 .结果表明 ,H2 和 CO在混二甲苯中的体积传质系数均随温度的升高而升高 ,随压力的增加而增加 .而且在相同的温度和压力下 ,CO在混二甲苯中的体积传质系数大于 H2 的体积传质系数 ,但数量级是相同的 .同时随着搅拌速率的升高 ,体积传质系数也在增加
In a 1 L air inlet high-pressure mechanical stirred tank, the gas intermittent absorption technology was used to study the effect of H2 and CO on mixed xylene at different temperature (353K ~ 433K) and gas pressure (1.0 MPa ~ 5.0 MPa) The results showed that the mass transfer coefficients of H2 and CO in mixed xylene all increased with increasing temperature and increased with the increase of pressure.At the same temperature and pressure, The volumetric mass transfer coefficient in mixed xylene is greater than that of H2, but the order of magnitude is the same, and as the stirring rate increases, the volumetric mass transfer coefficient increases
