急性虫螨腈中毒2例及文献复习

近年来,虫螨腈中毒在临床中逐渐增多,但病死率居高不下。虫螨腈中毒机制及临床诊治的相关研究有限,尚无有效治疗手段。为总结虫螨腈中毒的临床特点,以便指导临床治疗,本文报道了急性虫螨腈中毒病例2例并文献复习21例,归纳虫螨腈中毒的临床特点。虫螨腈中毒后大多出现消化道症状、大汗、高热、意识改变等表现,且迟发性加重常见,可累及中枢神经等多个器官系统,为临床诊治提供依据。“,”In recent years, chlorfenapyr poisoning has gradually increased in clinical practice, but the case fatality rate remains high. At present, the research on its poisoning mechanism and clinical characteristics is limited, and there is no effective treatment. In order to summarize the clinical characteristics of chlorfenapyr poisoning, in order to guide the clinical treatment, this article reported 2 cases of acute chlorfenayr poisoning and 21 cases of literature review, and summarized the clinical characteristics of chlorfenapyr poisoning.Most of the symptoms of gastrointestinal symptoms, profuse sweating, high fever, and changes in consciousness after chlorfenapyr poisoning, and delayed exacerbations are common, which can involve multiple organ systems such as the central nervous system, providing a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

目的:基于健康体检人群回顾性纵向监测队列,探寻与颈动脉粥样硬化相关的危险因素。方法:以2005至2019年期间,北京市体检中心接受至少5次常规健康体检且首次检查无颈动脉粥样硬化者3 344例的健康成年体检者为研究对象,其中男性1 714例(占51.25%),男性、女性平均年龄分别为47.14岁、47.56岁。建立回顾性纵向监测队列,对随访期间颈动脉粥样硬化检出情况进行采集,以Cox回归模型分析与颈动脉粥样硬化发生相关的危险因素。结果:在随访时间5.17年内,2 038例发生颈动脉粥样硬化(占60.94%,
