高雄港现在是台湾第一大港,亦是世界著名港口之一,位于高雄寿山的南侧。但在寿山的北麓,树木苍郁处,亦隐有一港,此即著名的台湾左营海军军港。台湾海军军官学校即位于此港区的东北端上,是一所培养台湾海军军官的主要学府。台湾左营海官校的前身是国民党青岛海军军官学校,一九四九年由大陆迁此。学制四年零三个月,航轮兼学,毕业后授海军中尉军衔及理学士学位。从1950年毕业第一届(三十九年班)始起,至今三十八年了。现在“左营系”的毕业生,分布海、内外,颇有声望。在台湾握有国防、航运、港口、造船工业等大权。其代表人物如三十八年班的叶昌桐(台国防部副参谋总长)、三十九年班的郭宗清(台国防部副部长)已是台湾高层领导。其他如刘和讦(台海军总司令)、罗绮(台中船公司董事长)、池孟彬(台招商局总经理)等;亦是台湾上层有声望的人物。
Kaohsiung Harbor is now Taiwan’s largest port and one of the world’s most famous ports, located south of Shoushan in Kaohsiung. However, at the northern foot of Shoushan, the cedar trees are also hidden in Hong Kong, the famous naval naval port of Zuoying in Taiwan. Hold power in Taiwan such as national defense, shipping, ports, shipbuilding industries. Its representative figures are 38-year-long Ye Changtong (deputy chief of staff of Taiwan’s Defense Ministry) and Guo Zongqing (deputy director of Taiwan’s Defense Department) for 39 years of classes. It is already Taiwan’s top leader. Others such as Liu Heguo (Taiwan’s navy commander-in-chief), Luo Qi (Taichung shipping company chairman), Chi Mengbin (Taiwan Merchants general manager); also the top of Taiwan’s prestigious figures.
