目的:观察糖肝康对糖尿病脂肪肝模型大鼠肝脏中HNF-4α表达的影响。方法:采用链脲佐菌素联合高糖高脂饮食复制糖尿病脂肪肝大鼠模型,药物干预12周后,观察糖肝康对糖尿病脂肪肝大鼠肝脏中HNF-4α的表达。结果:糖肝康可增加糖尿病脂肪肝大鼠肝脏中HNF-4α表达水平。结论:糖肝康可通过增加HNF-4α的表达,在改善糖尿病脂肪肝方面发挥积极作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of TangGankang on the expression of HNF-4α in the liver of diabetic rats with fatty liver. Methods: Streptozotocin and high-fat and high-fat diet were used to replicate the model of fatty liver in diabetic rats. After drug treatment for 12 weeks, the expression of HNF-4α in liver of diabetic fatty liver rats was observed. Results: Tanggan Kang can increase the expression of HNF-4α in the liver of diabetic rats with fatty liver. Conclusion: Tanggankang can play an active role in improving diabetic fatty liver by increasing the expression of HNF-4α.
