50~100ppm 的 GA 处理杂交母本柱头,对提高梅花远缘杂交结实率有明显的促进作用.以真梅系统的品种作杂交母本时,效果更为显著.在‘大羽’梅×山桃的杂交组合中,结实率由对照的0.9%提高到11.0%,‘北京玉蝶’梅×山桃由对照的1.2%提高到13.8%.经 t 检验,应用与不用 GA 处理的差异达到极显著水平.杂交种未成熟胚的试管培养,可使授粉后66天的胚在试管中长成幼苗.胚培养试验的成功,为梅花远缘杂交育种打下了良好基础,基本克服了杂种种子难以萌发成苗的障碍.
The results showed that the stigma of hybrid maternal parent with 50 ~ 100ppm GA could obviously improve the seed setting rate of the hybridization with plum blossom. In the cross combination, the seed setting rate increased from 0.9% to 11.0% of the control, while that of ’Beijing Yude’ plum × peach rose to 13.8% from 1.2% of the control.With the t test, the difference between the application and the non-GA treatment reached the extremely significant level. In vitro hybridization of immature embryos in vitro, allowing 66 days after pollination embryos grow into tubes in vitro test tube success, the plum blossom distant hybridization breeding laid a good foundation to overcome the basic hybrid seed difficult to germinate Barrier.
