基于有效控制大体积混凝土产生裂缝最为有效的方式为降低混凝土的水化热,在进行混凝土配合比设计考虑采用60d强度做为评定依据,提高部分掺合料用量,利用混凝土28~60d之间的强度后增长可以达到减少水泥用量的目的而有效的解决该问题。执行新的计价模式后,基础底板施工涉及到混凝土及钢筋这两大可控经济指标的控制。在集团公司目前的施工管理上可看出可控成本可挖掘潜力有限,采用60d强度做为评定依据可降低混凝土的单方造价。
