2011年3月23日,第三次全国文物普查广东省“百大新发现”入围名单已公示完毕,湛江市徐闻县邓邦鉴墓、廉江市高桥公安陂和遂溪县调丰古道等3处文物点均在入围名单之列。据了解,广东省“普查百大新发现”评选活动于2010年11月开始,经各地推荐、专家遴选、组织审核等程序,全省有100处文物点入围广东省“普查百大新发现”名单。目前部分入围文物点已被当地推荐申报国家级文物保护单位、省级文物保护单位等。
