台湾第一部县志《诸罗县志》由福建漳浦人陈梦林所纂。《诸志》编撰态度严谨 ,资料丰富 ,体例完备且多有创新。志中设附论、附录和按语 ,用以发表作者的见解 ,或考证历史源流 ,为纠谬和正源提供了有价值的丰富资料。尤其可贵的是 ,志书抨击了科举制度的弊端 ,体现了无神论思想 ,具有较高的思想、科学价值。志书除在文化上对台湾产生影响外 ,在政治上也有深远影响。陈梦林系统阐述了开发台湾中北部的重要意义 ,对建设台湾做出了贡献。《诸罗县志》在台湾文化史上占有重要地位 ,成为后来台湾方志撰修的模板。
The first county in Taiwan, “Zhuzilin Zhi” by the Fujian Zhangpu Chen Menglin compiled. “Zhushi” rigorous writing attitude, information-rich, well-established and more innovative. The book contains appendices, appendices and pragmatics, which are used to publish the author’s opinions, or to study the origin of history, providing valuable and rich materials for the absurdity and positive origin. What is especially valuable is that the book criticizes the shortcomings of the imperial examination system, embodies atheism and has high ideological and scientific values. Apart from its cultural impact on Taiwan, it also has far-reaching political implications. Chen Menglin elaborated on the significance of developing the central and northern part of Taiwan and made his contribution to the construction of Taiwan. “Choru County” in the history of Taiwan culture occupies an important position, later became the template for local chronicles.
