介绍了CAP1400燃料组件上下管座压降试验过程和数据处理方法,得到了阻力系数及其测量不确定度,并与对比燃料组件上下管座的试验结果进行了对比分析.结果表明:试验本体的摩擦压降基本可以忽略;CAP1400上下管座和对比上下管座的阻力系数的相对扩展不确定度均小于1.5%;CAP1400上管座的阻力系数相比对比上管座降低约9%;CAP1400下管座的阻力系数相比对比下管座降低约2.4%.
The pressure drop test process and data processing method of upper and lower headers of CAP1400 fuel assembly are introduced, and the drag coefficient and the uncertainty of measurement are obtained, and compared with the test results of the upper and lower header of fuel assemblies.The results show that: The frictional pressure drop can be neglected basically. The relative expansion uncertainty of the drag coefficients of the upper and lower seat of CAP1400 and the upper and lower seat of contrast is less than 1.5%. The drag coefficient of the seat of CAP1400 is about 9% lower than that of the upper seat of CAP1400. The drag coefficient of the socket is reduced by about 2.4% compared with that of the socket.
